Designed and integrated a custom, on-demand pneumatic level-control system for GermanTune’s vehicle-tuning applications. Developed to meet requirements not addressed by an off-the-shelf solution, the system combined pneumatic controls, solenoid actuation and wireless control to enable independent pressure modulation at each wheel.
Scope of Work
Custom pneumatic control-system design and integration.
Design and integration of solenoid actuation for independent wheel-pressure modulation.
Wireless controller integration within the custom control architecture.
AutoCAD drafting and 3D modeling.
Prototype installation, functional testing and system commissioning.
Field support, including temperature testing across different operating environments and modifications informed by test findings and field experience.

The prototype was successfully installed, tested and commissioned. Subsequent field testing informed design refinements to address operating conditions encountered across different environments.
